Exit Polls: Perspectives of the Method

The author examines the possibilities and restrictions of exit polls as a data collection method. The author analyses the advantages of this method compared with other primary data collection methods and makes the conclusion about its possible institualization as an effective and independent method of primary data collection. The study considers the prospects of the use of his method in sociological research.
