Abstract

The author tells about one of the key characteristics of modern Russian society: the transition of Russians from the self-perception as resource and object of the authoritative manipulations to the state and self-perception as subject of social relations, social life and social and political management of state and society. The author examines the reaction of society to the authoritative manipulations and the results these manipulations have. The author also gives an attempt to explain what is going on in the society as well as in the sphere of the interaction with authorities. The article describes the typology of members of society depending on their attitudes to the changes in the life of society towards its normalization.
