Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of opinions of different generations of Russian scientific intelligentsia concerning perspectives of Russia`s transition to innovation development model. The author describes specific features of mentality, similarities and differences in assessment of different factors of development of Russian science and technologies, views on social subjects of innovation development. The author highlights the question of conditions of repatriation of scientific emigrants, emigration moods among students, as well as conditions and need to attract foreign experts to work in Russia.
