Представления россиян о факторах успеха: временны́е, возрастные и поколенческие различия

В статье рассматриваются временны́е, возрастные и поколенческие различия в атрибуции успеха личному трудолюбию или удаче. Несмотря на социальную значимость подобных установок, их динамика и детерминанты остаются малоизученными, а существующие работы, в том числе анализирующие схожие концепты, демонстрируют неоднозначные результаты. Отдельную сложность представляет разделение возрастных, поколенческих и контекстуальных факторов. На основании данных двух опросов Российской социально-экономической панели (РУССЕТ) 1993 и 2024 гг. текущее исследование показывает наличие всех трех эффектов. Результаты говорят о значимом росте веры в важность личного трудолюбия и снижении веры в важность удачи во всех когортах, за исключением рожденных в 1966–1975 гг., чья молодость пришлась на период трансформаций 1990-х годов. Последние демонстрируют бо́льшую веру в удачу в обоих периодах по сравнению с другими когортами. Порядковая логистическая регрессия, использованная в рамках кросс-секционного и последовательно-временного анализа, показывает, во-первых, бо́льшую веру в собственные усилия среди нынешней молодежи по сравнению с молодежью 1990-х и, во-вторых, исчезновение эффекта возраста в позднесоветских и постсоветских поколениях.
