Abstract

Expert survey of about one thousand professors and managers of universities provides the data for this study of discussion going on in the country's higher educational establishments, whether the principles of Bologna declaration are suitable for Russia. The author analyses positive and negative consequences of Russia's joining the Bologna process of two level higher education.
